That a family in Faridabad can get serious medical care close to home, from people who explain what is happening and treat them with respect.
Our mission
To build and run a multispeciality hospital in NIT Faridabad that brings departments, diagnostics, intensive care and surgery together on one site; to keep emergency care genuinely accessible to the neighbourhoods around us; and to be straightforward with patients about diagnosis, options and cost.
The measure of whether we are doing it comes from the people we treat, not from us.
How we intend to work
Commitments we have put in writing so that patients can hold us to them.
Put the patient first
Clinical decisions are made on clinical grounds. A patient should never be treated as a transaction.
Explain things properly
People make better decisions when they understand what is happening. We intend to explain diagnosis, options and cost in plain language, and to answer questions without impatience.
Be reachable
Being genuinely local matters in an emergency. We are inside Jawahar Colony rather than across the city.
Say what we do not know
In medicine and in business, uncertainty is normal. Pretending otherwise costs trust. If we do not know something, we will say so.
Treat everyone with dignity
Privacy, courtesy and respect are not a premium service tier. They apply to every patient and every attendant.
